Rules and Policies

• A positive attitude is expected at all times
• We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrollment is not met
•Shoes must be removed in the change room
• No gum, food or drinks in the gym
• Parents may observe at any time from the window near the front desk
• Class size is usually 8 students or fewer, class size may go to 10 students before splitting into 2 classes. In that case a coaching assistant will assist the coach
• Gymnasts, parents, siblings or friends are not allowed on the gym floor or equipment unless participating in a class, or have permission from their coach to practice a particular skill or for extra conditioning
• Proper gymnastic attire must be worn at all times. For girls in the CAN GYM Program a royal blue & white Falcon Leotard is recommended. These can be ordered at the front desk. Boys in the CAN GYM Program a T-Shirt and Shorts are required. Pre-School children can wear any comfortable clothing.
•All gymnasts should have bare feet. If there is an medical issue non-slip shoes can be worn.

Payment and Return Policy

Full payment of Insurance and Registration fees must accompany all registrations.

There is a $25 charge for NSF cheques

The club will refund 75% of the member's tuition with a written notice of withdrawal for a reason acceptable to the director. Withdrawal notice must be one month in advance.

Benefits for Falcon Gymnastic Members

Birthday Parties - $128.80 - Non members $140.00 (HST and Insurance Incl.)
Teen and Adult Drop-In - $8
Members can do a make up class for one missed within the same month. Only for medical reasons
Members will receive a ribbon at the end of each 19 week session.

Please note - non members are participants who sign up for beginner sessions in gymnastics outside of our facility (Recreation Centre Sign-up, school participation, field trips, etc.)

Child Tax Credit

Children's Fitness Tax Credit - The Government of Canada will provide, starting in 2007, a non-refundable tax credit on eligible amounts of up to $500 paid by parents to register a child in an eligible program of physical activity.
